RECEPTIONIST/SCHEDULER
Compensation: $18/hour plus tips
Hours: Full or part-time hours available, including weekends
Duties & Responsibilities
-
Answer phones, emails and texts
-
Schedule bathing and grooming appointments
-
Check-in/out customers before and after appointments
-
Trim nails, express glands and brush teeth
-
Maintain sanitary grooming tools, kennels and workstation
-
Assist U-Wash (self-serve) customers with bathing process
-
Ensure U-Wash area is cleaned and stocked in between appointments

Laundering and folding towels
-
Cleaning (dusting, vacuuming, mopping, windows, as needed)

Experience & Skills:

Ability to stand, bend, crouch and lift upwards of 60 pounds consistently

Critical thinking & strategizing skills

3+ years customer service experience preferred
BATHER
Compensation: $18/hour plus tips
Hours: Full or part-time hours available, including weekends
Duties & Responsibilities

Bathe, dry and brush dogs using knowledge of canine characteristics and styles
-
Trim nails, clean ears and brush teeth
-
Check-in/out customers before and after appointments
-
Maintain sanitary grooming tools, kennels and workstation
-
Educate customers on home care for their dogs

Laundering and folding towels
-
Cleaning (dusting, vacuuming, mopping, windows, as needed)

GROOMER
Compensation: 50% commission plus tips — PTO and medical benefits
Hours: Part or full-time hours available, including weekends
Duties & Responsibilities
-
Greet clients and pets at check-in and check-out to discuss grooming preferences and concerns
-
Provide standard and specialized breed grooming services on all size dogs, including bathing, ear cleaning, nail trimming, gland expression, and teeth brushing
-
Maintain detailed records of each groom in our POS system
-
Keep grooming, bathing and kennel areas well sanitized, clean and safe from potential hazards
Qualifications
-
At least one year professional pet grooming experience
-
Comfortable working with clients and dogs of all shapes, sizes and ages
-
Safe and gentle animal-handling skills
-
Able to work independently as well as with a team
-
Basic computer literacy and ability to learn POS software quickly and efficiently
